Shapes
As an introduction to Graphic Design, this project was a first introduction to the design process. Students created a composition using basic shapes, including circles, rectangles, triangles, lines and a [cross/plus +]. The goal of the project was to use principles of design such as focal point, the rule of thirds, scale contrast, alignment, etc.
The project started with handwritten sketches.
Digital variations helped refine the final result.
