Modernizing Coupons
For a brick and mortar company looking to the future, there was a need to update their digital coupon feature. It started with looking at how competitors were offering savings to their customers online. For an older customer profile, something intuitive and simple was needed.
Background
Online coupons can offer so much more than paper coupons but the site wasn't really using any other features beyong clipping. This project was an opportunity to integrate online shopping with the individual coupons making it a better experience for customers and to bring in more profit for the company.
